Pickup, Shipping & Returns Policy
Curbside pickup is free
Store hours are currently:
Tuesday – Sunday 10am-3pm
If you need an alternative curbside pick-up time, please text or call us at 650-591-8637 and we will schedule another time to meet you.
Shipping is free for orders over $100, otherwise our standard shipping is $6.95.
We only ship within the continental United States.
Ten Toes Children's Shoes will accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail or via in store drop-off (requires a call or text to coordinate).
All returned items must be in sellable condition in original packaging with receipt and tags.
Sale items are FINAL SALE (cannot be returned).

Returns of online orders:
Full-priced items will be refunded if postmarked within 14 days of delivery; store credit will be issued if postmarked within 15-30 days of delivery. Please note that store credit may ONLY be used for in-store purchases or phone orders.
No returns after 30 days from delivery.
Returns of in-store purchases:
Full-priced items will be refunded within 14 days or original purchase; store credit will be issued within 15-30 days of original purchase.
